Please complete the form below for all media personnel requesting credentials to cover CIAC Fall Championship Events. You will have the ability to resubmit responses if match-ups dictate. Editors if you are submitting for your writers you can submit up to 10 individuals in one form. Please submit a separate form if you have additional individuals. We request individuals and editors communicate to avoid multiple submissions if possible. Credentials will be issued for professional media with history of covering high school athletics only. Publication or sale of pictures from non-media photographers or those without contracts with a specific school is prohibited and photographers will not be granted credentials. Those who submit credentials may be contacted closer to the finals to determine specific games being covered.
